Summer Workshops at The Pound |
|
Young people aged from seven to 18 will have more opportunities to get creative during the summer holidays with another exciting array of workshops on offer at The Pound, the arts hub for north Wiltshire, but taking place throughout the district. Just in time to catch Olympic fever, The Pound is teaming up with Wiltshire Libraries this summer to bring all the excitement of the games to a library near you on Tuesday 5 and Thursday 7 August! “As part of Wiltshire Libraries Summer Reading Challenge, you can Go For Gold at Wootton Bassett or Malmesbury and make your very own Olympic Medal or create your very own Olympic Sports Idol at Chippenham Library or Colerne Old School,” explained Stuart Shotton, education & outreach co-ordinator at The Pound. Jax Dance brings their crew to The Pound for a four day workshop from Tuesday 12 August for children aged 12+ to discover their exciting and challenging styles of dance. Write Comment (0 comments) |
